1. Reservations & Payments
– Reservations can be made via our website or booking partners.
– Payment must be completed before or upon arrival.
– Group bookings (10+ people) require written confirmation.
2. Cancellations & No-show
– Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
– Late cancellation or no-show: first night charged.
– External booking fees are non-refundable.
3. Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
– Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
– Free luggage storage available.
4. House Rules
– Valid ID required for all guests.
– No smoking (€150 fine).
– Visitors allowed only in the lobby.
– Disturbances may lead to removal without refund.
5. Alcohol & Drugs
– Excessive alcohol and any drug use/possession are forbidden.
– Weapons prohibited.
6. Liability
– Not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to belongings.
– Guests liable for damages caused.
7. Changes to reservations
– Website bookings: changes via email up to 48 hours prior.
– Third-party bookings: change via the relevant platform.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies.
