Reservations in general
Opening hours of our reception are 07:30-22:00
In case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the 1st night of your stay. The rest of your booking will be canceled.
The full amount of your booking must be paid for on arrival. You can pay with your credit card, bankcard or cash.
We always do our best to keep groups together in one room. Most of the time this is no problem at all, but please keep in mind that because of the nature of our business, we can not guarantee anything and may have to split up a group if this is necessary.
Reservations by phone
Wanneer je een reservering maakt per telefoon, krijg je altijd een bevestigings nummer van ons personeel. Gelieve dit nummer mee te nemen bij aankomst.
Reservations by e-mail
When you make a reservation by e-mail you always receive a confirmation number from our staff. If you do not receive a personal reply by e-mail, your request booking has not yet been confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours before your arrival date.
If you made a booking on another website (such as booking.com or hostelworld) and wish to cancel, please cancel your booking through that website and not with the hostel.
If you made a booking directly with the hostel, always send your name and reservation details with your cancellation request so your reservation can be found in our system
Your booking is cancelled when you receive a confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the cancellation has not been processed.
When cancelling a booking , any deposit you paid on-line is non refundable.
King's Inn City Hostel management and its staff reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
