King’s Inn opened its doors in 2013 at a historic spot right in the city centre of Alkmaar. In the monumental building located in the charming Koningsstraat once served as coal shed. King’s Inn restored this special buidling in to a contemporary hostel, fitted with all modern conveniences. The hostel is nowadays visited by a mixed group of guests. Backpakkers, students, private individuals and business people love to find their home at King’s Inn.

Due to its success, King’s Inn was in 2015 extended with a nearby city hotel. This romantic spot consists of thirteen various rooms located in a seventeenth century cheese warehouse and historic manor house. ‘Boutique hotel’ is a name which is even not failing. Immediately on entering the hotel you will experience a luxurious, quirky and intimate ambience. The King’s Inn City Hotel is characterized by a personal style and unique accomodation.
